Gary Beyer Spaceland Force Member 2008 - 2009, Arizona Airspeed member: 1995- 2002
On The Line Skydiving Owner/ Head Coach With over 15,000 jumps since 1983, Gary is one of the world's most experienced skydiving coaches. He has been a Static Line, AFF and Tandem Instructor and has over 1000 hours of tunnel coaching time, being involved with the Airspeed camps since their inception in 1999 and running his own camps since 2004.
A world champion skydiver in 8-way with 5 world and 28 national medals, Gary still competes with player-coach teams, and also recently took Gold in 16-way with the Airspeed reunion group at 2006 US Nationals. He dedicates the majority of his time to 4- and 8-way team coaching and challenging large sequential. He has taken many supposedly 'failed' AFF students through to becoming successful skydivers. He now coaches in both the USA and Europe and is South African by birth.
Coaches working with On The Line are exclusively top level competitors including: Kirk Verner Arizona Airspeed founding member: 1994 - 2006 A founding member of Airspeed, Kirk has over 18,000 skydives and started jumping in 1980. He is a multiple world champion in 4- and 8-way and one of the world's best known and most accomplished competitors; his coaching experience spans decades. He is now managing the brand new SkyVenture wind tunnel in North Carolina, where he continues to use his extensive knowledge and skills to benefit skydivers there.
Todd Hawkins Arizona Airspeed member: 2003 - 2006 Originally from Perth, Australia, Todd has national titles in both his home country and the US. He joined Airspeed in 2003 and took silver with them at the World Championships in 8-way that year. In 2006 he won the US 8-way Nationals a 2nd time, as well as taking gold in 16-way. Todd is a highly experienced coach who has worked alongside Gary on many tunnel camps, as well as being Player-coach with him on AZ Razor.
John Eagle Arizona Airspeed member: 1995 - 2003 John joined Airspeed in 1995 and is a multiple world champion, with titles in both 4- and 8-way. With over 13,000 jumps and hundreds of tunnel hours, John's is one of the most easily recognisable names in skydiving. Although he retired from competition in 2003, John took the 16-way gold at US Nationals with Airspeed in 2006 and in 2007 re-entered the competitive 4-way field as a Player-coach alongside Gary on the new Arizona Directe line-up. They are currently in training for US Nationals 2008.
