"I found doing 2on2 with Gary and Mark extremely beneficial both from an individual and
a team perspective. Not only do you learn from seeing them fly your slot, you gain so
much from also flying with them as your piece partner.

It really helps re-enforce the correct pictures as well as pushes your limit in terms of
speed. I really think it's the best way of increasing the rate of your progression
especially when time is limited."
Julia Foxwell:   Team Airkix, Women's World Champions, UK Open Champions '06

"I can’t believe how much enthusiasm and energy both Mark and Gary had at the recent
2 on 2 camp. The briefs and debriefs were extremely detailed and thorough, they were
extremely easy to communicate with in the tunnel which meant time wasn’t wasted on
bad habits and the progression we had with them from such a short amount of time
was immense.

I would recommend this camp to everyone, whether they were in a team at the moment
or not. I didn’t just learn about the 4 way blocks and randoms, I also learnt about grip
discipline, communication, personal flying and above all, had loads and loads of fun.
Mark and Gary are extremely professional and organised and I really look forward to
learning more from them in the future."

One-on-One Camps

'I would thoroughly recommend this tunnel camp above others because of its size in comparison
to other camps, the coaches themselves and the relaxed and flexible nature of the training.

‘The skills I learnt were phenomenal and I improved my skydiving beyond what I had hoped. Most
people think they have a really good arch and body position and it's only when you get in the
tunnel, look in the mirror and see your coach’s position really close up that you realise you have a
lot to learn. On the first day I had to improve my body position vastly and by
the end of the 4 days I was doing superposition and vertical transitions from leg to arm !!! Amazing.

Both Mark and Gary are excellent coaches with the flexibility to adjust seamlessly to individual
student needs and personality, getting the best out of you using methods that work for you.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself, had great fun with lots of laughs whilst learning so much. Even now
when I look at the video I surprise myself.’

- Charlie Gross

‘It was a fantastic camp and my expectations were 100% fulfilled. I very often go back over my
notes again I took during the camp so that, although not jumping at the moment, I visualize over
and over again what we did during the camp.’
– Martin Liepmann

‘I would just like to again thank you for the amazing tunnel camp that I participated in on Oct 12th
through Oct 15th. It was without doubt the greatest learning experience of my short skydiving
career and I look forward to putting everything into practice in the sky.’
- Jason Kierman

‘fantastic…it’s great to watch yourself and see how you’ve improved.’
– Kate Morris

‘Things I liked about camp:
•   Adaptation to different skill levels of students,
•  Positive feedback, •  Size of group,
•  Enthusiasm and friendliness of Gary and Mark …
not being made to feel too stupid when I screwed up.
•   Attitude of tunnel coaches, really great even when
I kicked one in the ***** then landed on him.
… I saw a dramatic improvement and now am aware of mistakes as they occur and more able to
prevent and correct them. …will definitely do another camp’
- Tracie Harrison

‘I got more out of the two days than I expected and as much from a mental point of view as a skill
one. The format and method worked well for me…I suddenly have all these possibilities for things
‘I can do’ in skydiving…’
- Jules Bergel

‘Excellent!...Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful’
- Phil McGaw

‘Enabled me to get the best out of my flying…loved the fact that I could adapt it to my level and
goals…How many other sports could you be coached by World Champions?’
- Helen Moon

'I just want to thank you two again for a fantastic tunnel camp. Before we
did this there were different opinions in our organisation whether this was
necessary or just fun. I finally persuaded the staff to give me some money
to try it out.

We have made a report were we have described the progress
that everybody has gone through and put some video with it, so now they have
all changed their mind. They can all see the benefits and they can compare,
what they can do with the jumps they have, to what the guys can do, so this
is definitely not the last time we are doing this. Not only can we give the
men 120 "jumps" in 4 days, but it equals approx. 300 jumps when you get it
this intense and with such good coaching. And we owe a lot of the success to
you two guys.

Thanks again even though I have to give the men a hard time to wipe the
smiles off their faces. We are after all soldiers!!'

Gary - just wanted to say thanks for a great time training with you. It was a real eye-opener for me
in many ways and I was reminded just how valuable top level coaching can be'
